Pre-engineering

We help our Customers to prepare and evaluate a technical solution with consideration of General Requirements and our experience with similar facilities implementation. If a Customer has the General Requirements, we give our recommendations to optimize it. This stage often requires developing a pre-design concept in order to avoid contradictions and have a possibility to estimate the project budget before the design documentation is developed.

Project Design

Development of design documentation (stage P), according to regulation of the RF government No. 87, as required for expert assessment and obtaining of a permission for construction. At this stage we coordinate our actions with partner companies and prepare the Terms of Reference for them.

Development of design documentation (stage P) for accurate specification of equipment and mounting materials and provision of mounting works.

Development of cost estimates to determine an accurate budget of the project.

Assembly of Control Cabinets and Power Distribution Panels

We have two assembly sites to implement the assembly of control cabinets and power distribution panels of any complexity, including but not limiting to, as follows:

Cabinets produced by us are implemented in accordance with Regulations for Electrical Installation and correspond to GOST standards and requirements of fire-, explosion- and electrical safety and are supported with all the required design documentation, instructions, schemes and datasheets. All assembled electric service panels and control cabinets are adjusted and tested at the test bench before delivery.

Supply of Equipment and Materials

We procure materials and equipment according to the signed project specifications and in line with construction schedule to avoid late and early deliveries. Our site managers carry out acceptance and safe storage of materials and equipment until hand over for installation.

ST Solution is a partner of leading manufacturers of equipment, cables and mounting materials on the market. The available agreements enable us to provide a timely delivery of materials directly from manufacturers to construction sites. Parallel work with several large multi-brand distributors allows us to get optimal prices and reliable supplies.

Installation Operations

Our installation professionals and experienced commissioning engineers enable us to effectively install and commission electrical and utility equipment and hand over a functional system to the Customer. Our specialists have a vast experience in implementation of complex projects with tough requirements to the quality of service.

While conducting works we use effective technologies and quality tools that increase productivity of installation workers. In particular, we use HILTI electrical tools.

Occupational safety rules are strictly followed. Our employees are equipped with protective equipment for safe implementation of works at special hazardous facilities (special clothing, helmets, safety vests, shoes with steel tips, safety belts, safety glasses etc.)

Commissioning Work

During commissioning the system functionality is checked for compliance with Customer requirements and design documentation.

We cooperate with independent electrical laboratories to provide quality control of the implemented works.

Development of As-Built Documentation

The experience of installation works shows that no project is implemented without changes. In order to facilitate further operation and control life cycle of the facility under construction, all changes must be recorded in as-built documentation.

We suggest digitalization of all the changes with maintaining a project change log. When mounting and commissioning works are finished, the Customer is supplied with updated as-built documentation in electronic editable Revit, AutoCAD and MS Office format.

Guarantee and Post-Guarantee Service, System Upgrade

When commissioning works and acceptance tests are finished, the Customer may count on our assistance in operation and upgrade of systems and equipment.
