NEO GEO Business Center. Access Control and Management System (ACS)

The facility is the office of Energy Solutions JSC on the 6th floor of the NEO GEO Business Center at 17 Butlerova St., Moscow. 

The access control system (ACS) is designed to:

• restrict entry to the facility to holders of electronic passes;

• allow passage through access points according to a defined algorithm;

• protect the building's premises from unauthorized entry.

The ACS is built on Parsec NC-8000 network controllers.

System capabilities:

• restricting employee and visitor access to secured rooms;

• time-based monitoring of employee and visitor movement within the facility;

• monitoring of security staff activity during shifts;

• time and attendance tracking for each employee;

• logging of visitor arrival and departure times;

• time and user logging of internal room openings (when and by whom);

• integration with the automatic fire alarm and CCTV systems (automatic unlocking of ACS-equipped doors on a "Fire" signal from the fire alarm; on ACS alarm events, such as an unauthorized access attempt or an attempt to force a secured door, the image from the linked camera is shown on the alarm monitor and recording starts);

• recording and reporting of attempted intrusions into secured rooms.
