VENTILATION CONTROL CABINETS

If necessary, according to the Client request, we can produce unstandardized control cabinets with consideration of special project requirements. The company cooperates with leading world and Russian producers of controllers and components, such as Danfoss, ABB, Schneider, Siemens, Carel, Beckhoff, Rockwell, Mitsubishi and others.


Each control cabinet is checked by the Quality Department, packed with a datasheet and operating manual and has all the necessary certificates of the RF and the Customs Union.

AUTOMATION AND DISPATCHING FOR VENTILATION

The supplied automation cabinets are connected to the high level dispatching system via standard protocols (Modbus RS485, Modbus TCP, Profibus, Profinet, BacNet, Lonworks etc.)


AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AUTOMATION

Modern centralized conditioning systems are strongly integrated with ventilation systems. For example, intake systems may comprise water and freon heat exchangers. To control microclimate of separate premises, fancoils and climatic bars connected to chillers are used. Our company also performs automation for air conditioning and coordination of refrigerating equipment with other building utility systems.

MIXING UNITS

ST Solution has a wide range of mixing units for ventilation equipment and the warehouse.
Mixing unit is a compact device designed for smooth control of operability and protection of fluid heat exchanger by measuring the inlet temperature of heat carrier at its constant flow.
Thanks to the improved design (three way valve and pump are located at the return water line), mixing units may be used with the heat carrier temperature of up to 130°C (recommended temperature is 110°C) enabling reliable protection from freezing of water heater and exact maintaining of intake air temperature.



If necessary, according to the Client request, we can produce unstandardized mixing units with consideration of special project requirements.

All products pass hydraulic tests by the Quality Department under the pressure of 10 bar and have certificates of the Customs Union and of the RF.

WORK STAGES

Designing of Automation Systems for Ventilation and Conditioning

Appropriate designing reduces the production period of control cabinets, accelerates the implementation of electrical mounting works and enables to optimize the project cost.
Depending on the task we may use standard control cabinets and mixing units with minimum price and delivery terms or unstandardized cabinets and mixing units specially developed in accordance with the Customer requirements for a certain facility.
The typical scope of detailed documentation on ventilation system automation (VSA section) comprises the following:

  • general data with an explanatory note
  • functional automation diagrams
  • equipment and external wiring layout plan
  • schematic diagrams of control cabinets
  • external connection circuits
  • cable log
  • equipment and mounting material specification
  • typical mounting drawings

Electrical mounting works of ventilation automation systems are implemented according to current standards and additional Customer requirements formed at the agreement stage of Terms of Reference.
The work is done by qualified specialists having a long-term implementation experience of different complexity projects.
